Her professional journey commenced in customer-facing roles within US-based companies, primarily in remote capacities. Originating as a Customer Coach, she honed her skills in customer support, education, and product implementation. Rapidly ascending the ranks, she secured a position as a Senior Customer Coach, acquiring invaluable experience in team and project management. Transitioning to a smaller private enterprise, she assumed the role of Product Analyst, spearheading customer inquiries, training initiatives, and pivotal communication channels with the development team.
