As an Implementation Specialist, Mirwaiss brings a passion for helping people solve their technical problems and helping others be more confident in their use of technology.

Before joining Grantbook, Mirwaiss worked in various tech roles spanning many years. Most recently, he worked at Switch Health as a Customer Experience Agent, assisting clients with diverse technical issues.

Mirwaiss graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He has continued his education through various cloud-focused boot camps and acquired industry-recognized certifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner and CompTIA Security+.
