Melanie joined Grantbook in 2013 and is responsible for its client services practices. She oversees our team of consultants, ensuring that projects are resourced with appropriate skills and executed efficiently and effectively. She has 15+ years of success in supporting and executing projects related to technology and organizational change in non-profit, philanthropic, and public sectors. She specializes in the selection and implementations of grants management systems.

With a solutions-oriented leadership style that builds trust and affinity with diverse community members and stakeholders, Melanie thrives in building relationships with foundations and other innovators in the philanthropy/technology space so that she can better advocate for the people they work with and their beneficiaries.

Prior to Grantbook, Melanie coordinated fundraising campaigns for the government of Ontario and managed projects for a non-profit promoting STEM careers to youth.
