Key Results

Lisette cares deeply about finding efficient solutions to operational challenges in the social sector. Challenges may focus on institutional knowledge, business processes, change management, and technology. Here at Grantbook, Lisette has recommended a variety of solutions to clients, first as a Salesforce Philanthropy Solutions Consultant, and currently as Service Lead of our Salesforce Practice. Prior to joining Grantbook she worked for 18 years in the philanthropic, non-profit sector in various technical and non-technical roles. She has experience working with organizations in North America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Since 2016, she has been working with and within Salesforce.

Translated functional requirements into technical requirements, created test scripts, supported QA and User Acceptance Testing, provided 3-day In-Person Training, and delivered System Documentation.
