Jake worked for Children’s Medical Foundation (CMF) in Hong Kong for 2.5 years developing opportunities, grant writing, managing fundraising events, implementing and refining operational systems and fundraising procedures. In his recent role as Senior Development Officer, he increased philanthropic support by proactively prospecting, pitching, and securing funding to build ultra-high-net-worth individual donor base. He also managed the donor journey through timely donor reports, grant writing, incorporation of social impact measures and continued cultivation. In addition, he served as the project lead on the foundation’s Salesforce NPSP fundraising management system implementation. This six-month project involved adapting CMF’s current fundraising processes and procedures to a collaborative workflow in one place. Accelerated donor and opportunities management to provide a strong foundation for growth.

Prior to the social impact sector, he began his career in luxury retail marketing at CHANEL in 2018. Beyond his professional achievements, Jake is deeply committed to philanthropy and community development. He actively engages in initiatives aimed at making a positive impact on underprivileged communities, aligning his personal values with his professional pursuits.

Jake Wong received his B.F.A with Fashion Marketing Management from Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia.
