Fareed joined Grantbook in 2021, becoming an integral part of the team with an incredible passion for learning, philanthropy, and problem-solving. He graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) with a degree in Business Technology Management and has experience with system analysis and design, business process management, business intelligence, and enterprise architecture.

He began his career in the cybersecurity industry at Shared Services Canada in 2017. Working in the Department of Defence, he configured Aruba servers and led the pilot project which helped with the rollout department-wide. Prior to Grantbook, he worked at The Herjavec Group, where he managed ticket SLAs and solved security issues. Since joining Grantbook, Fareed has attained his Fluxx Advanced Admin certification and has supported several clients with their GMS solutions.
