Foundation Persona: The XYZ Foundation

We loved the human-centered approach so much that we've created a foundation persona to represent the grantmakers we work with. It acts as a proxy for real grantmakers, to help us keep in mind the real people and needs that our work impacts. 

Similar to user personas used in user experience design, the XYZ Foundation is a foundation persona - it is a fictional foundation composed of staffing roles, functions, and objectives that we've seen across the grantmakers we've worked with over the years.
