As a pivotal leader with experience managing Salesforce admins and developers, Shayna exhibits finesse in both technical leadership and strategy. Holding both Salesforce Data Architecture Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification, Shayna works hand in hand with stakeholders to bridge technical operations with business insights.

Shayna has acted as a Business Analyst in several large-scale projects and integrations, delivering project updates and acting as a liaison between various business units. Shayna's dual talents in high-level technicality and people skills have now found a home in the Philanthropy sector.
